How long does delivery take?+
We print within 1–2 business days and ship from Romania. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within a week.
What if I'm not happy with my canvas?+
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it — no questions asked.
What quality can I expect?+
We use museum-grade canvas with fade-resistant inks, wrapped on a solid wooden frame. Each print is inspected by hand before shipping.
Can I use any photo?+
Yes — upload any photo you own the rights to. For best results use a clear, high-resolution image. Your photos are never stored after generation.
How do credits and canvas orders relate?+
Credits are only used to generate artwork with AI. Ordering a physical canvas is a separate one-time purchase and doesn't consume credits.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Anytime, from your account. You keep your benefits until the end of the billing period.
