By accessing or using imagind.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service
imagind provides an AI-powered photo-to-art generation service and canvas print fulfillment. You upload a photo, we generate artwork using AI, and optionally print and ship it as a physical canvas.
3. Accounts
You may use the service without an account for free daily generations. Creating an account allows you to track orders and save generated images. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Credits
Free users receive 4 credits per day, reset at midnight. Credits purchased in packs do not expire. Subscription credits reset daily. Credits are non-refundable once used for a generation. If a generation fails due to a service error, your credit is automatically returned.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account. One-time purchases are non-refundable after the credit is consumed. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are not refunded.
6. Canvas Orders
Canvas orders are processed and printed in Romania. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. Delivery times are estimated and may vary. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The AI-generated artworks created from your photos are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. imagind retains no rights to your generated artwork.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. You may not upload photos of people without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. Print colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to the nature of physical printing.
10. Limitation of Liability
imagind's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Pending orders will still be fulfilled after account deletion.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
